A photographic account of heavy music in Portland, Maine

Covered in Bees

Covered in Bees offered tantalizing glimpses of their forthcoming album last night at Empire.

The album, an 88-minute radio-play called Corpse in the Mattress Motel, tells the story of the gruesome murders of all four Bees — Tristan Gallagher, Boo Leavitt, and Doug and Ed Porter — and apparently features a Hamlet-style soliloquy with a skull.

Consider us intrigued. See for yourself.
